Senior Planner / Tender coordinator / Construction planner

  • Responsible for the development and monitoring of the schedule (Ms project and P6 platform) during the tendering phase (tendering period 10 to 14 months for lump sum EPC contracts).
  • Review of bidders' schedule against client's schedule in order to issue the final recommendation. Prepare schedule delay analysis and attend bid clarification meeting. Prepare input to the estimate regarding man-hours for client supervision.
  • Responsible for ITB (invitation to BID) documents related to: contract milestones, project control requirements (schedule, progress, changes, cost control and reporting).
  • Supervision of EPC contractors and responsible for validating monthly and weekly information, such as: engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) schedule, in order to detect slippage, critical activities and re-schedule, progress validation for engineering and construction.
  • Participate in developing and presenting training classes on designated subjects and on the job training for specific processes and practices.
  • Schedule delay analysis in support of change orders and claim rebuttal.
  • Definition of milestones for the total project. Review of work activities to ensure the support of project milestones.
