·         Develop detailed resource loaded programme based on tender design    documents / general and particular specifications and methodologies

·         Manage and coordinate systems interface planning, databases and providing robust look-a-head forecasts

·         Development of the Key dates and access dates along with the Infrastructure, contract & commercial team             for the tendering

·         Manage and update interface requirements and carry out what-if analysis to identify areas of Systems                     uncertainty and to initiate and propose suitable mitigation actions.

·         Liaising with Key Stakeholders to establish and monitor project milestones / interface dates

·         Provide variance analyses of critical plans with the required/ appropriate counter measures in order not to               jeopardize the project schedule

·         Identify and optimize critical path and providing recommendations to Project Manager / Construction team             to improve project / programme schedules

·         Involvement in the identification of project schedule risk assessment, analysis and mitigation proposals

·         Responsible for weekly/monthly updating and progress reports

·         Participate in progress review meetings and able to provide high-level presentations to senior project team.

·         Review and analyse the Systems Subcontractors Programme and providing valuable comments on                         Programme to Approve as Baseline Programme

·         Development of Recovery programmes and Time-Location charts (TLC).
