·         Has Successfully Completed the Total Facility Shutdown 2013 at Oryx GTL having been assigned as Assist. Project leader for Gas Loops 1 & 2 of Oryx Gtl  Plant

·         Has worked as a planning coordinator for 2 yearly Statutory Inspection & Maintenance of 3 Boilers at Oryx GTL, Ras laffan Qatar within a Span of 6 Months Have vast Experience in Cost Analysis and shutdown Contracts Control.

·         Preparation of Cost Reports/Close out Reports and good presentation Skills to communicate with the Top Management.

·         Currently Busy with Work pack & Schedule Preparations for 2015 Total Facility Shutdowns at Oryx Gtl.

·         Excellent People management skills and good communication Skills to Hold High level Meetings during Shutdowns.

·         Has good Technical Knowledge on Static Equipment’s like Exchangers, Vessels And Collumns.Has handled the Work Pack Quality management team and Has Supervised Work pack Preparations for 2013 Total Facility Shutdown

·         Arranged Kick off Meetings and Shutdown Rationale Meetings to Explain Shutdown Requirements and Govt. Regulations for Statutory Inspections.

·         Scheduling of shutdown works in Prometheus, SAP & MS Projects.

·         Preparation of master schedule for maintenance. Resources Planning & S curve preparation in excel.

·         Updating progress of works during shutdown & preparing daily & weekly reports supported by S curves.

·         Arranging & presiding in cold eye review meetings.

·         Execution of maintenance works during shutdown to ensure work completion as per plan.

·         Material handling & maintaining SAP material master Data.Well versed in material transactions ZINV, ZSHR, Me5a, Me53n, MD04, MMBE & MM03.

·         Work order management & controlling PM order cycles.

·         Optimizing maintenance plans in SAP.

·         Well Versed with SAP MM Module and PM Module.

·         Maintaining Standardized naming conventions, field usages and, variants setup in IH08/IH06 etc.
