•        Preparation of overall maintenance program, monitoring project progress against planned schedules, analysis in the change of contract scope, activities / delay, if any.

•        Updating daily progress report, preparing weekly progress report, weekly management meeting report & Monthly progress report.  

•        Updating Daily Capacities in project Systems and estimating daily manpower Costs.

•        Site Co-ordination to Field Execution team, Material arrangements, Monitoring of Daily Progress.

•        Have Planned & Physically coordinated Rotary Air Preheater maintenance during 2 shutdowns of Doha east power station. Type -Ljungstrom regenerative Heater with 24 Basket Sectors.

•        Witnessing & monitoring maintenance works at site for mechanical equipments, water wall tubing’s and ducting’s.

•        Preparing the progress report based on the activities done by each section and submits to clients.

•        Preparation of maintenance reports for each unit of 7 boilers to facilitate invoice preparation.

•        To ensure all work forces comply with planning compliance in order to maintain excellent workmanship and in-line with strategic planning, Company’s maintenance policies and procedures, HSE.

•        Preparation of invoices for additional works done on different parts of the boiler.

•        Maintaining manpower, equipments mobilization/demobilization details.

•        Preparing inspection reports and invoices for the different maintenance activities carried out.

•        Arranging workforce for emergency shutdown jobs in short notice of time.

Achievements-

•        Have completed 2 emergency shutdowns on boiler water wall tubing repairs (SA210 GR1) within Time Avoiding Production losses.

•        Have managed Shutdown Workforce during the Absence of Senior Boiler Engineer.

•        Have supported MEW with manpower and maintenance Expertise for hydro tests and plant Startup Procedures.

•        Have acquired good knowledge on mechanical EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE OF BOILERS-MAKE IHI JAPAN AND FIVES CAIL BABCOCK, FRANCE

•        Has handled both maintenance and QC jobs during emergency shutdowns.

Has worked as quality control Engineer for a period of two months
