·         Evaluate and monitor the quantity of the materials used in construction.

·         Review the tender drawings and specifications in preparation & execution for the construction.

·         Review and evaluate the bill of quantities to be submitted by the contractor

·         Inspect the quality of the civil work, structural works, architectural finishes and others.

·         Inspect the quality of the materials to be applied in the projects.

·         Determine the construction methods, materials and quality standards, and interpreting the specifications, detailed plans & shop drawings.

·         Assist in the project manager with regards to the submitted bill of quantities of the Contractor.

·         Provide Monthly Project Progress Report ( MPPR ) for all the on-going projects.
