The following are some of the Projects undertaken :

·         (JUMEIRAH LAKES TOWER)The project is a commercial / office buildings located at Jumeirah lake towers. It consists of 3 towers each having 4 Basements + Ground floor + 4 Podium + 44 Typical + 1 Mechanical floor.

·         (THE VILLA) The Project is located on Dubai-Al Ain Road in Dubai Land along side of Emirates Road. The residents will be living in near to one of the largest touristic and entrainment hub that encompasses 2.5 billion square feet area and consists of 600 Villas. 

·         (Q-Point-Liwan) is ideally located at the junction of Emirates road and Al- Ain road and right across the road from Academic City and Dubai Silicon Oases. The project is made up of 52 Buildings ranging from G+4 to G+ 11 floors.

Duties:   

·         Feasibility study for Projects.- Establish communication, reporting and authorization procedures.

·         Planning- updating & monitoring the Progress according to the Plan – Cash Flow In & out.

·         Preparing recovery plans - Reviewing of Claims for time - Advise remedial actions

·         Prepare EOT claims along with associated cost.
