  • Overall responsibility for the development, monitoring and reporting of all programmes.
  • Manage a portfolio of over 200 schemes and maintenance programmes. Provide support to schemes, assets and to programme managers in the areas of effective planning, scheduling, monitoring, forecasting and controlling various projects (Strategic Highways Civil Construction Projects – United Kingdom ,  ENI Ship Yard Marine Project -Kazakhstan,G pharm Tech II and Novozymes Bio tech Projects – Denmark) and ensuring that all necessary inputs (Materials and Resources) are available to implement the projects.
  • Review tender programmes during bidding phaseand monitor project plans during FEED - design phase; Engineering, Procurement, Construction (M&E, E&I) with Primavera P6 and MS Project. Developing base plans and monitor the project phases.
  • Review overall EPC programme and ensure compliance by all contractors to the issued planning documents and procedures. Lead a team of planners on project(s) assigned to and critically analyse projects and raise flags in case of slippage(s)
  • Building Primavera P6 models, updating them to reflect project changes, and generating outputs that can be used in the Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
  • Review resident engineer’s weekly reports (during the Base build, Fit out, Commissioning and validation) and Follow up of issue’s impacting the projects schedule  and Maintaining a data base of projects progress and reports
  • Monitoring and analysing progress & efficiency of each project and reporting to senior managers. Ensuring variations and extra works are incorporated in programmes.
  • Responsible for the implementation of plans with relevant parties, including Project Managers, Designers ,Commercial Teams, Sub-contractors and suppliers and ensure projects are completed within specified timescales, scope specifications, budgets, quality and process adherence. Informing Project Manager of any slippage
  • Prepare projects baseline and monitor it, ensuring that activities scheduled  are running to according to plan and promote continuous improvement .Continually updating relevant project documentation following internal procedures

Actively encouraging/developing alternative construction techniques to achieve better timescales, whilst maintaining the project requirements for budget, quality and safety
