·         Baseline programme preparationMonte Carlo Simulation.

·         Updating CPM schedule on a monthly basis for the constructions and progress claims (Earned Value) Interim Payments purpose.

·         Cost/Resource Loading (Cost, Quantity and Manpower Loading)

·         Resources, manpower allocation in addition to establish a prepare KPI’s and Cash flow

·         Coordination with Project Manager and Site Team, prepare target and recovery schedules and mitigate bottlenecks.  

·         Prepare dedicated Micro Schedules for subcontractors in line with Baseline programme and Contract Milestones.Perform Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis.

·         Delay / Forensic Analysis Methodologies as per AACE 2010, Observational and Modelled methods, depending on the category and type of delay as per the SCL.

·         Prepare EOT programs and Claim Documentation (using mainly the Time Impact Analysis with Window Analysis)

·         Revising CPM schedule, Recovery/catch-up, EOT

·         Tracking Subcontractor’s progress (S/D, Procurement, and Construction) MEP and Civil works.

·         Monthly, Weekly Reports & presentation preparation

·         Establishing Data Base/Logs for Reports, Claims and Time Impact Analysis

·         Gathering information from the site for updating schedules. Coordinate with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure proper implementation of the work schedules.

·         Meet with subcontractor to force them to meet the targets.

·         Prepare Testing and Commissioning programs in advance stages of the project

·         Creating proper Curves and KPI’s for critical trades in order to monitor the Control Zones

·         Supporting the program with Narrative Report.

·         Review and comment on Contractor’s Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report, including the status of Contractor’s log such as materials ,NCRs and WIRs.

·      Attend and actively participate on Monthly and Weekly Progress Meeting, technical submittals;

·          Preparation of Monthly Progress Status Report with an overview to the progress during report period in relation to Contractor’s original programme, and review CSC deployment resources in accordance, with recommendation if required.
