DETAILED TASKS ASSIGNED:

 

·         Review the prepared time schedule by the contractor for the construction activities.

·         Analyse time caused claims

·         Analyse the delays in progress and advise for the modification in the schedule to overcome delays

·         Check the cash flow against approved budget

·         Prepare monthly financial report for all running projects

·         Provide further cost planning and controlling during the execution of the project.

·         Produce financial report and cash flow forecast for client.

·         Analyzing any raised claim from the contractor.

·         Prepare master schedule for design and construction

·         Review periodical reports for project progress and advise design manager / PM

·         Attend meeting when required

·         Report to Head of Technical and administration Department

·         Coordinate with other parties

  • Prepare the construction cost estimation during the different phases of the design and participating in the preparation of the value engineering report in order to keep the construction budget within the limit
