Duties and Responsibilities:

Tender Planner

September 1, 2013 – January 31, 2015

·      Responsible in the overall pre-contract planning, regional business development activities and project winning. Involved in procuring projects within the Middle East region of the group’s construction operation.

·      Responsible for the preparation and submission of required Technical and Planning tender documents.

·      Responsible for the co-ordination of tender documents preparation to the Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, Commercial Manager and Procurement Manager.

·      Responsible for the co-ordination and management of team of Quantity Surveyors, Draftsmen and Documents Controllers for the deliverables requirement of the tender.

·      Managed business development opportunities schedule, expression of interest, pre-qualification and project tender monitor and registers. Reported to the Business Development Manager and Senior Planning Manager with documents reporting structure to the Managing Director, Regional Managers, Operations Director and Senior Project Managers.
