Scope/Description:

To provide planning management for the generation of an Integrated Level 2 Programme for Safety Management and Deliverables for Client Technology Centres and Client Safety Programme.

Responsibilities:

Generate an Integrated and Resourced, Level 2 Programme. Perform Gap Analysis to identify where Level 3 schedules do not exist and are now required. Manage team to develop Level 3 Schedules for Integration to the Level 2 Client Safety Programme.

 

Client: Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO)

Title: DIO PPD North

Start/End Dates: March 2019 – June 2020

Scope/Description:

Provide specialist Primavera P6 programme and project planning capability to support the DIO Programme Office.

Responsibilities:

Development of the Programme Integrated Master Schedule (PIMS) for HMNB Clyde. Provide technical assurance capability in support of reviewing PSP/Contractor schedules for acceptance and offering advice around exceptions and recovery-based activity. Supporting resource management practices through loading resource profiles to PIMS to help inform capacity and capability challenges across the whole programme.

Client: Highways England (HE)

Title: HE Area 3 Schemes Planning Manager

Start/End Dates: April 2018 – March 2019

Scope/Description:

Provide specialist Primavera P6 planning capability to support the timely delivery of HE Programmes to cost and quality.

Responsibilities:

Development and control of detailed, cost and resource loaded, programmes of work for Highways England (HE) Area 3 schemes in alignment with HE Processes to achieve the relevant stage completion to time, cost and quality.

Title: DIO PPD Planning Manager

Start/End Dates: August 2017 – March 2018

Scope/Description:

Providing specialist hands-on support in scheduling for programme and project managers.

Contribute to the development of service capability and a step change in P3M3 Maturity Level 2 to Level 3 by April 18.

Responsibilities:

Provide assurance across the baselined portfolio and contribute to active reporting from within the Portfolio Management Office highlighting variances to planned.

Provide technical assurance capability in support of reviewing PSP programmes and offering advice around exceptions and recovery based activity.

Supporting risk management practices through the application of Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) at portfolio, programme and project level as required.

Supporting resource management practices through loading resource profiles to schedules to help inform capacity and capability challenges across PPD.

Support to Head of Delivery and Delivery teams in providing P6 driven outputs at Portfolio level.

 

 

 

Support other functions of the Portfolio, Programme and Project Office (P3O) to include reporting, resource management and risk management as required.

Support the embedding of P3O scheduling and planning services across PPD and PSP delivery teams
