Responsible for project schedule development and execution for all E&M (electrical and mechanical) works, both offshore (production, factory testing, delivery), and onshore (installation and commissioning), using Primavera P3. Project scope included 90 light rail vehicles, power supply and distribution, signalling, telecommunications, automated fare collection, workshop and passenger information equipment. Also responsible for all reporting carried out on the E&M works, both internal and external, including weekly, monthly and quarterly target programmes and two-weekly and monthly progress reports. Highlights included:Delivered Phase I and Phase II Section A on scheduleDelivered Phase II Section B ahead of scheduleDesigned and implemented monthly spreadsheet cash flow projections and associated performance control (using resource planning in P3 schedule exported to Excel) Negotiated improved "access" dates and conditions with consortium civil works partner (Taylor Woodrow)Trained and managed 2 Malaysians, 2 Germans and an Italian in CPM scheduling with P3Developed range of project-specific graphic reporting formats, both internal and external.
