The scope of works is a substation building with aprox weight 665 MT Major E&I equipments inside the building are Gas Insulated Switchgear, switchgear, transformers, and overhead bridge crane. • Generate progress monitoring report in þ basis, updating the fabrication schedule and highlighted in 2 weeks look ahead schedule and presented in weekly team meeting with client representative. • Liase with construction team, subcontrators, procurement and engineering to gather all information, escalate any stopper issues or critical activities founded out from schedule analysis. • Validating progress status report from subcontrators. • Prepare and maintain the construction progress S-curves and man power histogram.
