Pre Contract Stage:-

1.       Prepare a Sketch Stage Report including;

a.       Estimate of the total cost for the works at present prices based on the area, volume or some typical unit

2.       Prepare tender and contract documents as necessary for the surveys, studies or tests,

3.       analyze and report on tenders received

4.       Prepare preliminary design Documents to fix and describe the size and character of the works including

a.       Revised estimated cost

b.       Proposals regarding tendering and contract arrangements, including nominations.

5.       Prepare a programme for all the professional services, tenders, approvals and construction activities related to the works, including subcontracts.

6.       Show the anticipated Client’s expenditure against the Programme

7.       Prepare Particular Conditions of Contract and Sub-Contract, Instructions to Tenderers and Forms of Tender.
