PMO Senior Planning Engineer, Arqiva, Winchester                                                         Feb 2017 – May 2018

Developed, implemented and enforced detailed level 3 fully integrated schedule for a massive (biggest of its kind for Arqiva) IT transformation programme and roll out of Comms Hubs to 10M plus homes and businesses throughout Middle/North England and Scotland. Used Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to produce management and project planning, cost reports and used Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and P6 Visualizer for Management graphs. Enforced use of Governance (6 Gates system) through the entire programme. Identified project risks, mitigations and controlled changes at all levels, all within tight budgets. Challenged many internal Work Stream plans and integrated suppliers plans with the System Integrator’s plans and self-developed detailed schedules. Maintained interproject and programme internal and external dependencies. Also produced weekly Critical Path Analysis, milestone reports and project management and corporate reporting. Kept and controlled in P6 (as resources) the costs of hundreds of sites throughout UK.
