I prepared work schedule of approximately 270000 squaremeter construction site of Media center, Printing house andOffice buildings on MS Project. This work schedule has 8500 activities and updated daily on MS Excel. This workschedule all kind of productivity values, man hour values and percentages of different activities. I prepared dailyreports and monthly productivity reports of construction site. I prepared worker projection of all 8500 activities. Iprepared sub contractors work schedule based on the main work schedule of construction site.
