·   Managed technical evaluation, risk assessment, Prequalification and contractor's selection processes.

·   Prepared Master roll out schedule, maintained cost and schedule control and managed the project execution.

·   Evaluated and approved contractor/Consultants program for compliance with overall master development planning and business development.

·   Capture design changes re measure data amend to budget variations of the additional works.

·   Forecast cost and complication and cash flow, evaluate the delays and penalties.

·   Established WBS, Cost accountant codes, budget and cost baselines.

·   Review of contractor’s baselines, recovery and monthly updated program and instructions to consultant.

Critically analyzing of projects and raising flags in case of slippage.
