May, 2011 Iam a Planning Engineer working with EMCO-Qatar.
- To prepare the Overall schedule includes Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Commisioning
- To prepare Resource Chart for the plan,
- To prepare a budget estimate for the project
- Updating Progress of project, delays to Top of management & client
- Meeting with clients periodically.
- Monitor & control of execution KPI.
- Support PMs and Proj ENgineers to solve issues related to planning
- Providing cashflow and Earned value charts for Internal and External
