Creating / improving the Master Plan by including for each: permitting works, civil works, electrical works, installation works, commissioning works, TN51 and Yellow Fidic - different programmes linked in between (mpp.) Creating programmes for weekly and monthly reports (mpp.) Creating progress reports (mpp.) Checking all programmes issued by the Contractor (mpp.); Forecast development (mpp.,xls) Earned Value Analysis (mpp.,xls) Tracking the effective progress on site Establishing the contractual deadlines using Yellow Fidic contract (mpp.,xls) Establishing the strategies and improvement of the existing ones in respect of the contractual deadlines Provide technical support for all the teams in the company and for other companies and it`s representatives (mpp.) Active part of all meetings held on site
