- Analyse and manitain all reported project activities, emphazing items such as slipped tasks, variance, scope variations and upcoming tasks.
- Educate and advise project teams on various project management processes.
- Collaborate with project team to ensure schedule are accurate and changes and impact are accurately reflected in the schedule.
- Identified and managed critical activities that might put the kep milestones at risk if they slipped.
