- Prepared and published weekly reports on engineering EWP/CWP and Procurement ETAs for variance analysis and mitigation plans if necessary
- Prepared and maintained models for progress measurement, productivity factors and earned value calculations.
- Compiled and presented projects dashboard reports and schedule variance analysis reports
- Forecasted Man-hours Estimate to Complete, based on earned value measurements, productivity trends, and thorough activity analysis
- Participated in recurring review meetings with the clients, namely Cenovus and Nexen, representing Project Controls and supporting Project Managers
- Integrated data from cost control tools with Primavera schedules to derive valuable analysis
