  • Organizational setup: Setup of procedures in Integrated management system, progress measurement system, Time sheet management system, Templates for schedules (in Primavera) and Document Control Index. Check and approve all Level 3 schedules & Level 4 Document Control Index.

     

    • Project Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring &Controls: Preparation of Master Schedule, Functional schedules, Progress S-curves & MIS reports. Co-ordination, follow-up & expediting with disciplines for on-time delivery of documents. Solving inter-disciplinary conflicts, Preparation of Resource Histograms and curves, SPI, CPI & Earned value analysis, Forecast curves for the management.

     

    • Project: Supervising project activities for effective project execution. Resource management with Central planning unit. Providing Lag Analysis and coordinating with discipline leads to generate recovery plans. Through verification and validation exercises, assist the Project Controls Manager in confirming the integrity of data contributed to establish Key Performance Indicators to ensure overall success.

     

    • Project Management: Flagging of critical issues and Area of Concerns along with mitigation plans through Management Monthly review (PRM). Updating of Risk registers and Lessons learnt at various junctures of the project cycle. Generation of cost incurred forecasts, review of invoice, cost reports and trends for Finance & commercial department on monthly basis. Close co-ordination with site for progress reports on a weekly basis.

 

  • Preparation of Baseline schedule (Level IV) for Phase III Refinery plant.
  • Development of WBS with respect to scope / deliverables and milestones as per project contract.
  • Application of Logic, relationships, durations and constraints during preparation of Baseline schedule.
  • Preparation of Functional schedules, Baseline Progress S-curves & Progress management system reports.
  • Review and approve all Level 3 schedules & Level 4 Document Control Index from Engineering team.
