Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, control and follow up the implementation of the Project.
• Planning and scheduling various site activities to ensure completion of the project.
• Escalating any major issues immediately.
• Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, resource mobilization and manpower deployment
•  Coordination in network layouts and managing the installation, testing and commissioning of telecom systems & devices.
•  Practicing quality standards, identifying areas of quality failures with key emphasis on improving quality by taking necessary action to rectify the system.
•  Project coordination with Project Coordinators’ & vendor management in telecomm & take responsibility of the project.
• Implementing and follow ISO procedures in continuous improvement of service as per the feedbacks.
• Maintaining of Installation & Service reports related to Service Department.
• Co-ordinationwith purchase in material procurements.
• Solicitedfeedback from service engineers and customers to develop designs of the highest quality and cost effectiveness.
• Maintainingand updating all engineering records up to date
