Acted as business change agent to improve project delivery performance. Executive member of management team for £70 million turnover business division.

Key Achievements: Improved sales and profitability per head in planning year on year. Introduced project gateway review processes and portfolio management information systems to track project performance and highlight risk areas. Drove improvements in estimating and use of cost feedback. Set up and managed Project Management Office, including Primavera P6 and Earned Value analysis.
