Leading a team of 6 for the Joint Venture between KCOI LLP and TOZZI LLP, for the Mechanical and Electrical Hookup

and Completion of Island D Kashagan Project, my main objective was the final close‐out and financial settlement of the JV.

Coordinated internal and external audits, to accurately and systematically analyze previous 18 months of project

accounts, procurement and operational data to reconcile the JV figures, being able to recover several millions USD

of revenues for the Employer, incorrectly associated to the other party of the JV.

Development, mentoring and training of local resources with regards to Project Controls principles and techniques

to transfer knowledge and ensure adequate staff competence
