Construction Projects (above 500 Million USD value) and contributing to achieve a +33% EBITDA increase in 2014

(compared to 2013) for the Group

Defined and standardized Project Controls roles and responsibilities across the organization, strengthening the

knowledge and application of Earned Value Management, Project Management principles and best practices

Increased control on Subcontractors, 20% reduction on variations values and claims, improving reporting of work

performed for consequent invoicing approval

Supporting tendering with analysis of contractual requirements and preparation of plans, schedules and associated

estimations

Establishment of a project historical database to feed tendering with detailed projects actual costs and schedules

information, to improve accuracy of estimation at bid stage
