ASSISTANT MANAGER - PROJECTS, HYQUIP PROJECTS, NAWA ENGINEERS, CEMENT PLANT WORKS, CRUSHING PLANTS, MATERIAL HANDLING PLANTS

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Prepare Contract Program complete with full resource and cost loading and later continuously monitor and update the same i.e, Project Schedule/Contract Program.

Identify delays & areas of Concern Critical Activities governing the project, Corrective Actions/Recovery Plans necessary to keep the project on track and advice PM and Lead Construction Manager accordingly.ยท         Identify Program implications associated with Client Variations and bring forward to sort them out or add in contract scope.

Liaise with Quantity Surveyor/Site Engineer in respect of monitoring cash flow and preparation and updating of cash flow forecasts.

Prepare Reports as per Client requirements and submit them during Weekly review meetings.

Liaise with PM, Lead Construction Manager, Site Engineer, and Foreman to ensure they are regularly advised of progress against Contract Program requirements.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Active participation in Project phases Scheduling, Vendoring, inspections and Commercial activities and also involved in claims and scope variation management.

Direct Project Execution & Site Management

Prepare & Organize the resources required to complete the Project as per the Scope and progress committed in PO & attached Bar chart.

Ensure the mobilized team and machinery was competitive to engage them in the project.

Timely completion of projects within budgeted expenditure and safety with good workmanship.

Identify and closure of all Non Conformities raised by consultant/ client and handover the plant to client.
