1.The making,tracking and checking work of plan/progress of related new projects,repaired projects,maintenance projects in shutdown duration of Wacker Great China,also the preparation of progress report. 2.For the new projects:the preparation for the overall schedule from the feasibility study report to commissioning,and assist the project manager to check/coordinate the work between the related disciplines. 3.Focus on the critical path and resource requirement of related projects,especially the resolvement of schedule problems. 4.Audit the schedule and progress report of the contractors,tracking and monitoring the execution of project schedule and making analysis,taking corrective actions for the delayed tasks. 5.Permitting works and the coordination of government in the execution phase of the projects.
