Working as Engineer Planning for Off Plot Delivery Contract (HPG Gas Well Delivery) – Oman North.

ü          Identification of the high-level drivers of the schedule including the project phase, work breakdown structure, organizational philosophy, work packaging, and key project milestones.

ü  Interpretation of the scope from the PM’s scoping document, BOQ’s and Preliminary drawings.

ü  Setting up the Project Master Plan, incorporating the above, and developing the Basis of Schedule for sign off by the PM and the client.

ü  Reporting progress against the base-lined schedule including S-curves. Establishing appropriate reporting formats in a standard report i.e. Progress Measurement sheet / (TAD – Turn around Document).

ü  Develop a Baseline Control Programme that reflects the execution strategy and provides a baseline for controlling the execution of the works.

ü  Schedule Trend Analysis & Forecasting.

ü  Alternate work methodologies.

ü  Programme change Control.

ü  Develop and implement project control procedures in conjunction with supporting project ancillary functions.

ü  Coordinating subcontractor activities with site.

ü  Primavera P6 is the tool used for the Critical Path Method scheduling. 

ü  Complying with safe work practices and ensure that safety is demonstrated as the highest priority.
