Task and Responsibilities;

  • Planning and scheduling of activities and resources for the execution of electro-mechanical projects.
  • Preparing Planning Packages as per client requirement
  • Liaise with all concerned engineers in order to: Design a Work Breakdown Structure WBS and utilize it to develop project plans,Formulate a project master plan,  Establish project needs for human resource, Establish material requirement, Monitor and report on the project progress

 Monitor the project status and activities in order to:Make adjustments to project plans as necessary & Prepare progress reports on a regular basis.
