Preparation of the Baseline program for building construction, road works, landscaping works, using Primavera 6.  Monitoring the progress using the software.  Preparation of recovery program if needed.  Updating of the Base-line program to reflect current progress status.  Preparation of weekly as well as monthly look ahead program, the monthly progress reports  and ensure their timely issue to the consultant.  Assigning resources and costs to the activities and Preparation of Manpower histograms and  Cash flow charts.  Interaction between the Site personnel's for the review of the progress and reporting directly to  the PM&OM.
