A variety of roles within the IT Department, all focused on Project Management, PMO and Project Controls. Also trained to Green Belt standard in Six-Sigma. Roles included:

• Planner within a core PMO team on a $30m business change programme. The team led a major change to infrastructure and business processes. I was responsible for maintaining and reporting on the master schedule, in conjunction with the Head of PMO.
• Led a workstream on a business change programme; conducting requirements analysis on various IT systems across Europe
• Led a small IT development project, managing a third-party software developer
• Led an asset management project, analysing data in MS Excel and working with suppliers
