Major responsibility Handled:

Planning

1.       Plan, develop and monitor construction baseline schedule covering contractual obligations of all the parties.

2.       Evaluate the resources needed for the project to define the project schedule.

3.       Resource and cost loading of the baseline & revised schedule by conducting evaluation of the technical parameters that will be implemented for construction of the project.

4.       Prepare look ahead schedule and deliver the same during weekly project coordination and review meeting with proper justification for any delay (If any) as well as mitigation/recovery plan for the same.

5.       Coordinate with Project Engineers for progress of works and delays.

6.       Ensure clear understanding and adherence with planning procedures, standards and objectives.

7.       Coordination with various sub contractor to measure and monitor their performance.

8.       Monitoring and updating of the baseline schedule on weekly basis.

9.       Engage in meetings with clients and their project management team for reviews and future scheduling issues.

10.    Prepare progress reports, project budgets and cash flows on-the-job awarded.

                                           

Contract Administration

11.    Outline contractual correspondence in regards to variations, hindrances to site progress, damages to permanent work or delay events incorporating respective clauses from the contract along with impacted schedule to show overall impact of the particular event over final completion date.

12.    Prepare contractual claims and request Extension of Time (EOT) with proper documentation towards an amicable settlement with client.

13.    Develop variation orders & measurement sheets with expertise in contract administration plus well-developed skills on processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specifications and test methods.
