·           Taking part in project familiarization & understanding process through project documentation review and project walkthrough.

·           Conduct delay Investigations as-built schedule programmes

·           Site monitoring and inspection following Handing over by the Sub-Contractors in readiness for project scope of works to commence.

·           Carrying out projects’ planning, scheduling and control using primavera 6.7.

·           Creating programme/project plan that is a representative of activities required to complete the delivery of quality projects products within a portfolio of work from initial conception through to project delivery and closure.

·           Preparing a work breakdown structure to enhance planning.

·           Creating robust resource loaded and Logic linked plan / linking the activities to be undertaken to deliver the quality project products from start to finish of an active project(s). This will provide an order in which the activities linked within the schedule must be undertaken.

·           Interpretation of Master Plan Database/MPD reports to the entire project team members focusing on project actual and schedule.

·           Ensuring that project plans contain agreed activities, deliverables and milestones.

·           Attending White Board meetings to review project achievements in terms of project key milestones & critical core deliverables. Also monitoring stage work conflicts.

·           Using Earned Value Analysis/Techniques, CPM, CPI & SPI in providing earned value/KPI reports to be able to advise project teams of any adverse in project accomplishments in relation to cost & schedule performance measurement and also advice on any remedial actions such as resource allocation and resource levelling.

·           Making sure that sub-contractors works are completed before payment authorisation

·           Ensuring the project is delivered within timeline by reporting slippage and ensuring project costs are highlighted in order to deliver the project to budget.

·           Carrying out Critical path analysis of in-house & subcontractorprogrammes by highlighting the critical path of the project/plan and ensure that the assigned resources are made available to achieve timely delivery of the planned milestones. The critical activities are identified and their progress continuously monitored & reported to project management team to ensure that project products are delivered within allocated timeline and budget.

·           Carrying out Progress tracking with specific reference to engineering activity, sourcing, quality and delivery on a weekly/monthly basis as required by the client or by the company, by progressing the project plans to report and compare actual progress against planned progress that will ensure robust tracking of key activities and milestones

·           Providing primavera training, advice, guidance and support to project managers and other staff members.

·           Carrying out risk assessments, managing dependencies, building contingencies and developing mitigating options.

·           Assessing the impact of changes and risks in terms of programme key dates and deliverables.

·           Assisting the Senior / Project Manager in providing meaningful communication with all relevant interested parties in the delivery of the project, maintaining an up to date knowledge of the status of the project and taking appropriate action to maintain the project within its constraints as set out by the company in its agreements with its Client.
