Job Responsibilities:

1.    Utilizing special planning computer software (Primavera Project Planner & Enterprise).

2.     Prepares baseline program and schedule based on the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations of the project.

3.    Monitor and prepare different progress and forecast reports as needed by the management and/or client/consultants. (E.g. Look Ahead Schedule, Recovery Program)

4.    Liaison with internal departments

5.    Plans Appropriate techniques and sequence of events for the project.

6.    Monitors progress throughout the construction process & making adjustments to projects.

7.    Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.

8.    Review compliance of project documents.

9.    Attend site coordination meetings as needed.

10.Visits the site as needed to monitor actual progress vs. Planned
Prepares Notice of Delay and substantiation reports for Claims of Extension of Time (EOT).
