April, 2014 The project management from a big overseas wind connection project in the baltic sea needs support in scheduling. I develop an integrated overall time schedule for the project. It has to integrate the partial projects and show the overall interactions, in-/outputs and the critical path. The software is MS-Project. The schedule shows detailed activities from the partial projects.
After approve of baseline the routine for update the time schedule will be established.
