Cost Control manager, analyzing direct and indirect costs, analyzing variances, cash flow preparation, STR management, preparation of monthly report including monthly closings, preparation actual production report, budget update, cost estimating. Preparation of analysis and reports to support management decisions.

Project Planner: monthly/weekly/daily progress report, overall project progress report, histograms, progress S-Curves, material requirement planning, current versus baseline comparisons, scheduling, with Primavera P6. WBS development and implementation, project schedule development.
