Work closely with integrated team of completions engineers, geoscientists, drillers, engineers, and landmen to ensure that construction and operational plans/schedules are developed and maintained throughout the life-cycle of onshore projects in the Anadarko Woodford Shale program in Western Oklahoma.
 

  • Accountable for developing, tracking, driving and reporting on operational schedules, milestones, resources, progress and performance through the projects lifecycle (drilling schedules, location & access construction, facilities, installations & completions activities)
  • Provide analysis of project performance metrics and key performance indicators, to ensure continuous feedback look with well readiness & rig planning activities
  • Provides project controls expertise related to the integration, control and management of projects; specifically project planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and risk management
  • Implements and adheres to policies, plans, processes, interfaces, and reporting, etc., to organize and schedule project work, taking into account time and resource constraints
  • Supports the project team with all aspects of the project planning and scheduling functions, including management of an integrated schedule, development and updating of construction schedules and assessment of resources
  • Controls and reports on project planning, scheduling status and forecasts; conducts productivity analysis to identify adverse trends and works with team to determine any needed mitigations
  • Works closely with integrated team of landmen, engineers, geoscientists, drillers, completions engineers, etc. to achieve integrated project plan
  • Implements project best practices as defined by industry; company and opportunity development process
