Designation              PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER     

                               Job Description:

·               Prepare and analyzed Campaign Planning & Scheduling Reports and issue as per the agreed planning cycle; this includes S-Curves, Plan vs. Actual, Resource Histogram, Forecast Completion, Forecasted Budgeted Units/Resources and Current Plan as per the Actual, inform project manager of any forecasted delays.

·   Liaise with Company Project manager on all planning and scheduling aspects. This includes provision of data, statistics and reports extracted from P3/P6 or other sources.

·       Ensure that execution progress is entered into Primavera daily, for the data to download to the company’s reporting system, Synergy. The planner must ensure that both systems have consistent data. Any anomalies should be highlighted to the Company Project Engineer.

·         Planning Package development to final documentation stage.

·         Provide planning support on bidding works for new prospective projects.

·         Progress analysis to highlight areas of delay and also forecast on probable delays in Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication.

·         Full preparation of Planning Package, from receipt of Contract Documents to approval of Planning Package by Client. This includes Planning Procedures, Detail Schedules and other associated Planning Monitoring worksheets and monitoring backup.

·         Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports for submission to Client.

·          Project resource generation and assigning
