Reviewed and monitored project costs for the Thameslink programme - Key Output 2 (TLP KO2) – London Bridge and supporting projects. Raised change papers as required for Programme Estimate key revisions. Periodic review of TLP KO2 projects with the project teams. Provided advice on Oracle Projects (OP) costs and reporting, creation of OP Project Codes and deal with adhoc programme queries. Oracle Time & Labour (OTL) monitored missing time card reports. Input of period updates for projects interim & final Period End (PEND) & Project Estimate (PEST) process via “More 4 Apps” process. Previously: Responsible for Project Controls team in the Blackfriars Station & Bridge Reconstruction project, including the planning, scheduling and cost reporting on a periodic basis. Ensured proper cost control was in place covering both main contractor and Network Rail (NR) contracts, liaising with commercial team for periodic output from main contractor to allow cost update of Network Rail (NR) plans and interface with Oracle Projects. Interrogated outputs from Primavera P3e to ensure they were correct and in line with NR / TLP governance.
