- Assist to ensure Engineering works are carried out in accordance with specifications and statutory laws;
- Assist in developing Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Activities and assign resources respectively;
- Performed critical path analyses to ensure project is kept on track and maintained to ensure all identified issues are resolved on time and in budget for work scopes of project.
- Develop detailed schedules graphically to understand project work easily to vendors and Clients;
- Maintained project execution plan through project life cycle, reporting progress, forecasting work-to-go and producing all associated planning reports, including Gantt charts, ‘S’ Curves and manning histograms;
- Negotiate and Liaise with customers/clients/Vendor on regular basis to ensure the successful design of project to fit into agreed specification, design, budget and time frames;
- Assist the project Planning manager in prepared report on weekly and monthly progress achieved;
- Assist in the preparing contract documents for procurement services, evaluate tenders, bills of quantities;
- I ensure that all work/duties compliance with regulations and legislative requirement, British Standard (BS), Health, Safety and Environment procedures and work instructions.
