Mohammed Naji Joined Coinford Construction in year 1997 as site Engineer, and maintain career progress in the company while Coinford Construction rapidly expanded activities from Heavy ground works to superstructure then to design and built, he earned the senior management trust and attention through his dedication and efforts and eventually progressed in his career to be Project manager in year 2001.

His duties consisted of Multi-site management, handle complete projects execution from Ground to completion, Co-ordinate technical aspects of projects, supervise site and report progress to seniors, Resources and cost management, produce construction and procurement programs for the contract and producing periodic reports on the same and Produce general & specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Programme of Works
