Involved in various engineering, renewable energy, oil and gas and manufacturing projects and worked closely with multinational energy and EPC companies. Worked in conjunction with project team and consultants, my duties included planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members. Project Planning using Primavera and MS project for Progress review, Work Scheduling, Progress Report, S-curve (for budget and expenditure), Earned Value Analysis, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to deliver projects to safety, time, cost and quality standards and constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACHIEVEMENTS:

·      Established and Maintained appropriate project control plans and schedules, including: gannts charts, S-curves, resourcing plans and 30, 60 or 90 day lookaheads.

·      Monitored Actual versus Planned progress, highlight / resolve areas of concern and produced recovery plans, forecast and re-baselines as required.

·      Analysed and proposed improvements to schedules including critical path analysis and resource loading.

·      Produced reports, presentationscost control procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project.

·      Prepared agendas for meetings, document key decisions and collaborated with consultants to generate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations.

·      Used ERP applications to compile accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project.

·      Monitored and reported progress against the project control schedules and averted schedule over-run through early warning to raise manpower.

·      Identified trends and deviations and provided recommendations for corrective courses of action.

·      Provided meaningful historical data and ensured full compliance with Quality and HSE requirements.

·      Saved project costs by efficiently using talents and resources of the in-house project teams.

·      Ensured on timely and within budget project delivery, from receiving customers’ orders to delivery stagewhile maintaining relationships with project members, customers and suppliers.

·      Projects were planned effectively, completed on time, with no accidents or incidents and within the budget.
