PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER , INTECSA (ACS Group), Madrid (Spain), Flare Gas Recovery Revamping TAKREER, International tender proposals, MBAC Refinery & Bauxite Mine

Project Controls Manager of the Lump Sum Projects for the Flare Gas Recovery Revamping of  TAKREER (Abu Dhabi Oil Refinery Company) on both of Ruwais & Abu Dhabi Refineries with a budget around of 40 million USD. The main responsibilities involved for these EPC Oil & Gas projects in UAE are as follows,

 

  • Management and execution of project control systems, processes and personnel within the Project Management Team.
  • Provide project progress status and report issues for preventing and/or taking measures to correct project time deviations and negative cost impacts.
  • Develop Project Control plans and procedures in line with Company (TAKREER) procedures in order to meet the requirements of the Project
  • Develop criteria for Schedule preparation and oversee flash and monthly project progress reports.
  • Review and approval of deviations to project schedule
  • Implementation of change Scheduling and conducting project meetings
  • Project reporting internally – cost, schedule, resources.
  • Co-ordination of Project Control personnel
  • Budget and cost management

 

Project Controls Manager of MBAC Refinery & Bauxite Mine Project (Al-Bahita KSA) with a total budget of 200 million dollars. The main responsibilities and tasks involved for this EPC mining project in Saudi Arabia is as follows,

 

  • Responsible for the competent performance of the schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and updates in accordance with commercial constraints, internal procedures and client (Worley Parsons Fluor, WPF) contract requirements.
  • Overview of change control and involvement as required.
  • Ensure appropriate contract management of all sub-contracts and interface with all internal disciplines to ensure project goals achieved.
  • Develop and or manage and ensure adherence to project Client Contract plans and procedures
  • Definition of schedule staffing requirements for the project
  • To contribute to good communication and team spirit

 

Project Controls managing of the International tender proposals.EPC Schedule of Level 1, 2, and 3, cost control assessments to build up the CBS budget, proposal planned cash flow, project controls system for progress measuring system, S curves, manpower charts for the following international proposals

  • BAB Gas for ADCO (UAE) of 600 million USD.
  • CCS ESI Project Plant of 110 million USD for Emirates Steel Industries In Masdar (UAE).
  • Cogeneration Interconnection Facilities Revamping Project of 25 million USD for ARAMCO (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
