Planning & scheduling Lead Consultant of major engineering schemes through design, procurement and construction programmes (including commissioning) for the 3 large EPCC Projects of the JV of TOUATGAZ (Gaz de France Suez & Sonatrach) in Algeria (expected investment around 2 billion USD).

• Preparation of overall Project Master Schedules (Level 1 and Level 2) to support a global perspective for General and Project Management of Gaz de France Suez and Sonatrach.
• Definition of critical path and set-up of progress measurement system and schedule follow-up.
• Manage all ongoing updates and schedule impacts.
• Manage all progress tracking and revision of existing schedules for all disciplines across all 3 EPCs (Airstrip & Roads, Temporary & Permanent Camps, and CPF Plant with Gas Gathering /Export Pipeline) and the Field Wells Development Project given by Package Managers and site based planning and control engineers.
• Establish and maintain a consistent operating and integrating routine to ensure projects progress reports of the EPCs (Surface Facilities) and Subsurface (Geosciences & Drilling) are generated and issued on time.
• Pulling reports/P6 extracts for partners (GdF Suez and Sonatrach).
• Setting required layouts/coding structures in P6 for packages planners to apply. Risk analysis, ''"what if" scenarios and plans to suit partners requirements.
• Development and review of project controls procedures.
• Oversee the planning element of the change control procedure.
• Ensure the requisite of data quality is maintained.
• Mentoring and development of planning personnel, to raise their competence, awareness, knowledge and skills required in the execution of planning functions
