o      Provide the major milestones to the contractors based on project duration to prepare the Working Schedules using P6.

o      Responsible for providing planning advice with regard to critical schedule milestones.

o      Review of project master plan, cost estimates, base and revised programs, resource loading and leveling, execution programs and progress S-curves.

o      Reviewing the Working Schedules which is submitted by contractors.

o      Generating the reports from Primavera P6 that identify the open-end activities, logics and determine out-of-sequence activities, Lags & Total Floats.

o      Arrange meetings with contractors, design team and site construction staff to resolve the issues.

o      Correspondence with client and contractors.

o      Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.

o      Reviewing in conjunction with the Project Manager any potential changes, and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified.

o      Preparation of progress S-Curve as per Baseline Schedule and then monitoring by updating the actual progress.

o      Schedule analysis, and preparation of progress reports (Weekly &Monthly).

o      Attend weekly progress review meetings with client and recording the minutes of meeting.
