Over 5 years of experience in onshore and offshore oil and gas industries including oil and gas wellhead and production platforms, drilling and production platforms, gas utilization system, gas compression platform, central processing platform, process piping and pipeline installation, FPSO, pressure vessel and Civil & Industrial construction, Civil Construction and General such as workshop construction, yard upgrading, including but not necessarily limited to detailed as follows:

Duties & Responsibilities:

·            Prepare cost estimating of Project in bid period.

·            Prepare internal cost estimating of Project.

·            Prepare Changed Orders of Project.

·            Set up planning of Project.

·            Set up report/Progress control of Project.

·            Monitoring and managing in detail the following disciplines:

-          Load out and sea-fastening

-          With technical/Engineering/ Procurement/ Construction/Procom and QA/QC teams as well as subcontractor: coordinate and incorporate to develop and closely monitoring Overall Schedule to make sure Integrated schedu le in realistic and project is on schedule.

-          With Subcontractor: coordinate to review/comment their schedule/report to make sure that the subcontractor schedule is tied with schedule

-          With Client: Coordinate to report and acquire approval from the Company for some certain steps during project duration

-          With Logistic Division: Coordinate/ monitor/risk analysis for receipts of material and equipment at the right arrival place and at the right time.

-          With Warehouse Division: Coordinate/ monitor/risk analysis for receipts of material and equipment and handle OS & D as well as warranty claim.

-          With Vendor Data Coordinator: coordinate/monitor/risk analysis of vendor data review/incorporation:

·            Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly report form; make weekly/monthly report to submit to Client

        and Management team

·            Review progress updating and progress report from divisions

·            Update Actual progress onto Overall Schedule , Risk analysis for every updating time

·            Prepare, monitor, Update Risk assessment for Overall Project

·            Prepare Recovery plan, catch up plan, re-baseline when need

The tasks undertaken on a regular basis by planning engineers include:

·            Oversee the operation of a particular project along with the project manager

·            The scope of the project

·            Constructing a network of work appropriate for the specific project

·            Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and on

        budget

·            Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organisation involved

        with the project

·            Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules and graphs

·            Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network

        diagrams

·            Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development

·            Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule

·            Making adjustments to schedules if necessary

·            Ensuring that all the separate elements of the project fit together and are working towards a

        common aim

-          Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement for the Project.

-          Prepare a Work Breakdown Structure/detailed Level 3, 4, 5 control schedule (Primavera Version 7.0). Develop and update detailed networks, schedules.

-          Liaise with Sub Contractors Planning Engineers, for establishing their schedules and reports required to set up/control their own.

-          Assist the cost engineer in the budget build-up.

-          Carry out physical progress and supervise updates, trends, forecast and reports controlled by computerized system for the project. Daily co-ordinary management and supervisors.

-          Weekly/Monthly measurement of all work carried out by own and/or subcontractors in each area of work in progress, tabulate productivity, ‘S’ curve schedule/programs
