Produce, manage and maintain the overall Contract Master Schedule using a comprehensive Work Breakdown Schedule;

Produce and develop Design & Procurement into the CMP, understanding the influences caused by these activities.

Produce, manage and maintain the Construction Programme and all detailed Look Ahead Programmes

Continuously develop the Programmes through a project’s life cyclewhilst maintaining continuous awareness of safety and performance.

Build resource profiles based on current and forecasted project requirements

Accurately identify, control and forecast the time scales and resource requirements

Carry out Critical Path Analysis to evaluate the Programme / Resources, report and advise on any problem area’s

Expert in using Project Management Software, Primavera P3-P5-P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA Team Plan, Pertmaster and fully compliant with other software including Artemis and the Microsoft Office Suite

Business Acumen and cost consciousness throughout the project life cycle.

Co-ordinate the flow of information

Prioritise and plan work activities using time efficiently

Obtain buy-in to the Programme from the whole project team

Accurately progress all programmes, monitor and report using agreed methods including narrative reports, dashboard reports and progress curves for visual representation.
