Presently working as Location Project Services Manager and Head of Department.

Have been a key contributor to the location in implementing various systems improvements and processes and organizing the team into an efficient Project Services team.

An able team player working with the management and the team of PMs and PEs and other functions to provide a high level of support in managing the cost and schedule of the various projects

Currently managing more than 100 plus projects of different sizes and complexities

Cleaned up the various outstanding issues that were left behind and clean up the various invoices and WIP issues

Following are the some of my key responsibilities

Location responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Country Manager for day-to-day operation of the business.
  • Generate business reports on a weekly basis and review and cascade them to the larger team
  • Review and monitor the progress and direction of each project to identify any commercial risks and potential schedule slippages and highlight them to the relevant project engineers proactively
  • Work with the Country Manager and generate workload forecast interfacing with all disciplines and team members
  • Provide the oversight and guidance to the team and mentor and groom young talent with my team of project services professionals
  • Work closely with the Project team and identify project risks and opportunities to recover any schedule slippages or if any of commercial nature
  • Manage and support project invoicing on various projects
  • Part of the Country Management team supporting the various causes and CSR activities and initiatives
  • Participate and contribute in the regular contract level meetings and engagements to resolve issues and progress the contract

Regional Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Regional team and generate corporate reports and data
  • Work with the Regional team and finance team to draft and finalise the Quarterly and Annual budgets
  • Work with the Customer highlighting any shortfall in workloads affecting the resources chargeability

Corporate Interface / Responsibilities

  • Work with the corporate team on finance and other disciplines to review and implement new systems and processes like EcoSys
  • Continuouslywork and identify Business Improvement ideas to clear bottle necks and ease the processes
  • Support other offices with project control issues and challenges as they occur
  • Work with the back office (GDC) in India and manage any transfer of personnel and peakworkload management
  • Work with agency companies for short term hires
  • Work with the corporate tax authorities and resolve country related tax issues and as a support to Finance team locally.
