I have worked in Project Controls since the late 1990’s. During this period I have held positions at all levels. The projects I’ve worked on are:  Petro-Chemical, Gas, Telecoms, Heavy Civil, Rails, and Facilities Reconstruction.

Within the Project, my role has covered CPM planning, resource, cost analysis and production of reports for management and clients, including representing my discipline at meetings at all levels, internally and externally.

Activities have included the development and maintenance of Project Schedules, development of Progress Measurement Systems in line with Client requirements and Project Status Reporting, which has involved close liaison with engineering, procurement, construction and contract management.
